How It Works

Our 4-Step Process

One designer, one project at a time — guided from first conversation to final walk-through.

Step 01

Consultation

Face-to-face meeting in the space to be remodeled. We discuss your pain points, needs, style, and project budget — and determine if it's the right fit.

Step 02

Design & Estimate

Full design boards, renderings, elevations, and floor plans. A comprehensive trade-by-trade estimate. Design fee: $350 (applied to your design fee if you move forward).

Step 03

Material Selection

Every material selected and ordered before demo day — flooring to cabinet hardware. Scheduling and obstacle planning with our trade partners.

Step 04

Bringing It All Together

Demo Day through the "After" photoshoot — scheduling contractors, phase walk-throughs, invoicing, issue resolution. One point of contact throughout.

Brittany Hancock founded B Home Design in 2017 after years working in real estate — and realizing she was far more interested in what a home could become than simply helping someone buy or sell it. Since then, she has built a design and remodeling business centered on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and homes that feel beautiful without ignoring real life.

Clients often describe Brittany as creative, direct, calming, and easy to talk to. She is known for helping people sort through the overwhelm, make confident decisions, and create homes that feel personal, practical, and genuinely livable.
