$350 — Applied to Design FeePre-Construction Phase. Every material selected and ordered before demo day — flooring to cabinet hardware. Scheduling and obstacle planning with trade partners.
Pre-Construction PhaseDemo Day through “After” photoshoot: scheduling contractors, phase walk-throughs, invoicing, issue resolution, single point of contact throughout.
